How accounts are issued

There is no public sign-up. The school office issues every account, to its own students, their parents and its staff only:

  • Staff and teachers get their sign-in from the office; a teacher signs in with their full name.
  • A student's account is made from their enrolment at the school.
  • The office links a parent's account to their own children only.

A student's, parent's or teacher's account starts with a temporary password from the office, and you are asked to choose your own the first time you sign in.

Forgotten password or PIN

  • Contact the school office for a new password. A student, parent or teacher then chooses their own at the next sign-in.
  • A parent can give their child a new PIN from the app's More tab, on the “Reset PIN” line with the child's name, or ask the office to do it.
  • After 5 wrong passwords in a row an account cannot sign in for 2 minutes; wait, then try again. Too many failed sign-ins from one place within a minute also wait up to a minute.
