An internal system
This system is an internal tool for YAS Academy, not a public product. Access is limited to enrolled students, their parents, and school staff. Accounts are issued by the school office only, there is no public self-signup.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your own sign-in details confidential. If you suspect someone else has learned your password, contact the school office to have it reset.
Acceptable use
This system is to be used only for the school purposes it was built for: tracking financial and academic matters, and communicating between teachers, parents and students. It may not be used to access another student's or employee's data that isn't yours to see, or for anything outside your relationship with the school.
Accuracy of information
Please let the school office know if anything about your own records is wrong (a phone number, an email address, and so on) so it can be corrected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the system evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
