This system uses exactly two cookies, both first-party (set by us, not any outside company) and both strictly necessary for the system to work. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.
yas_session
Keeps you signed in so you don't have to log in again on every page. It's automatically cleared after 12 hours or when you sign out.
yas.child
Used only for parent accounts with more than one child enrolled. It remembers which child's records you were last viewing, so you don't have to pick again on every visit.
Does this need consent?
No. Since both cookies are strictly necessary for the system to function (not analytics or marketing), standard cookie-consent rules don't require a separate opt-in banner. This disclosure is enough.
